Heuchera x 'Pewter Veil' (Saxifragaceae)
(HEW-ker-a)
Coral Bells

'Pewter Veil' remains a wonderful favorite among Heuchera selections. The overall color is silver-burgundy, with a veil of black-embossed veins. In spring, the leaf has a reflective quality. Dainty purplish flower sprays appear in late spring and add to the overall charm of this plant. Looks especially nice next to white variegated foliage or white flowers, such as Japanese Painted Ferns, Iris cristata 'Alba' and Variegated Solomon's Seal. 'Pewter Veil' offers a beautiful contrast to our very dark Heucheras, such as H. 'Velvet Night'. Native.
